Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to The Olympia Salon. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, including browsing our pages, using our contact form, and purchasing products through our online shop. By accessing or using this website in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website. These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy, both of which are incorporated here by reference.
Description of Services
The Olympia Salon is a hair and nail salon located at 1421 E Harper Ave, Maryville, TN 37804. We provide in-person hair services, including cuts, color, and styling, and in-person nail services, including acrylics, builder gel, manicures, and pedicures. All salon services are performed by appointment only at our physical location.
Appointment booking is currently handled by phone only. We are not taking bookings online at this time, so no appointment or scheduling information is collected through this website. To schedule a hair appointment, call 865-982-9911. To schedule a nail appointment, call Jacki at 865-459-9179.
In addition to our in-salon services, we operate an online and in-store retail shop offering All-Nutrient hair-care products for purchase. Online orders are separate from appointment booking and are subject to the “Online Orders” section below.
Appointments & Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel a scheduled appointment. Advance notice allows us to offer your reserved time to another client. To reschedule or cancel, please call us at the phone number for the service you booked (865-982-9911 for hair, 865-459-9179 for nails) as far in advance as possible.
We do not currently charge a specific fee for late cancellations or missed appointments. Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may, however, affect our ability to reserve future appointment times for you. Any change to our cancellation policy, including the introduction of a cancellation fee, will be communicated to clients at the time of booking and will not be applied retroactively.
Service Results, Allergies & Patch Tests
Hair and nail services are personal in nature, and results can vary based on a number of factors outside our control, including your natural hair condition, hair history (such as prior coloring, chemical treatments, or heat styling), skin sensitivity, and how you care for your hair or nails after your appointment. We will discuss your goals and any relevant history with you before beginning a service, but we cannot guarantee an exact result.
It is your responsibility to tell your stylist or nail technician, before your service begins, about any allergies, sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, medications, or other health information that could affect how you react to a product or service. For chemical services such as coloring, lightening, or certain nail treatments, we may recommend a patch test in advance to check for a possible allergic reaction.
The Olympia Salon is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or other adverse effects resulting from a client’s failure to disclose relevant health information, allergies, or sensitivities prior to a service.
Pricing
Prices for our salon services and for products sold in our online and in-store shop are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Service pricing, in particular, may vary based on factors such as hair length, hair condition, the amount of product used, and the outcome of your in-person consultation with your stylist. Where possible, we will confirm expected pricing with you during your consultation before beginning a service.
Online Orders
When you place an order through our online shop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability and descriptions accurate, but items may occasionally be listed in error or become unavailable after an order is placed. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we will contact you before completing your order to confirm the correct price or offer you the option to cancel, rather than charging or shipping at the incorrect price.
We currently offer two fulfillment options for online orders:
- Pickup at The Olympia Salon, 1421 E Harper Ave, Maryville, TN 37804, at no charge.
- Delivery for a flat fee of $6.50.
Payment for online orders is processed through Square, a third-party payment processor, using the official Square plugin for WooCommerce. Accepted payment methods may include credit and debit cards, digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and Square gift cards, depending on what is offered at checkout. Payment details you enter at checkout are sent directly to and handled by Square and are never stored by this website. Pay-in-person (“Cash on Pickup”) is available for Pickup orders only; Delivery orders must be paid online through Square.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our online or in-store shop are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy, available on our website, which you should review before completing a purchase.

All text, graphics, logos, and photography on this website are the property of The Olympia Salon or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws, unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to browse the website or place an order for personal use.
All-Nutrient and any related product names, logos, and trademarks referenced or displayed on this website belong to their respective owner, a third-party manufacturer, and are used here only to identify and sell genuine All-Nutrient products. Their appearance on this site does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation beyond our role as a retailer of these products.
Acceptable Use of This Website
By using this website, you agree not to:

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
Products sold through our shop are subject to any applicable warranty provided by their manufacturer. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the product manufacturer, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Blount County, Tennessee.
