Owner Tina-Marie Cusano has spent more than 40 years behind the chair, starting her career at a well-known day spa in South Florida before opening Olympia Salon here in Maryville. She’s also a certified life coach, and it shows: every visit is as much about how you feel as how you look.
Nails by Jacki rounds out the studio, so a full self-care visit is one stop.

Tina-Marie Cusano
Owner & Stylist
Owner of The Olympia Salon since it opened in 2006, Tina-Marie is a South Florida native who trained at Sheridan Vocational School and has spent more than 40 years behind the chair, including time at the well-known Contour Day Spa in Plantation, Florida. She's also the author of "For the Love of Hair" and a certified life coach, pairing great hair with genuine encouragement. Find her in the salon Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Tara Carter
Colorist & Stylist
Tara has been in the beauty industry since 1990, including 15 years with R&Co. right here in Maryville. She keeps building on that foundation with advanced training as a color expert, in razor cutting, curly hair education, and makeup artistry, making her a go-to for weddings and special events. Above all, she believes in protecting the health and integrity of your hair. Outside the salon, she's usually hiking with her huskies, longboarding, chasing sunrises and sunsets, or unwinding with meditation, yoga, and music.
Jacki Ramirez
Nail Technician
Jacki has spent four years building a reputation for clean, long-lasting nail sets, specializing in acrylics, builder gel, and pedicures, with Gel-X on the way. Every set is simple and elegant, designed around what each client wants. Friendly and outgoing, she loves getting to know clients while they're in her chair. Outside the salon, she's a proud mom with a soft spot for the color pink and a good shopping trip.
